Lists every Workflow the calling member can reach through Plugin or direct grants, each with the Plugin it executes under, its latest immutable version id, declared inputSchema and outputSchema, and the capabilities it calls. Workflows whose latest version cannot be parsed are omitted. Use the returned configObjectVersionId to run an exact version.
